Avocado tuna salad

Ingredients

 

  • 1 diced avocado

  • 1/2 cucumber sliced

  • 1 small red onion

  • 1 small ca of tuna in oil, drained and flaked

  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

  • 2 tbsp lemon jus

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and pepper

Directions

 

  • In a large salade bowl, combine: sliced cucumber, sliced avocado, thinly sliced red onion, drained tuna and chopped cilantro

  • Drizzle salad ingredients with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.

  • Toss to combine and serve
