Berry chia seeds jam

Preparation : 10 min

Defrostation 3 hours

300 g of jam

Ingredients

 

  • 1 cup of frozen blueberries

  • 1 cup of frozen raspberries

  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon of apple jus   

Preparation

 

  • Combine all ingredients in the bowl and let sit at room temperature for about 3 hours

  • Stir ocassionally for the chia seeds to absorb the juice

  • Smash with a fork until more juice seep out

  • Store in a glass container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days
